About Kothi

The problem

Search for a house in DHA on any Pakistani property site and you will find the same property listed six times by six different agents, each with the same photographs and a slightly different price. Whoever paid the most is at the top. You call three of them, two do not know the street, and the one who does is buried on page four.

What Kothi does instead

Every area in Pakistan is divided into four slots — residential and commercial, for sale and to rent. Exactly one agency holds each slot. That agency is the only one that may list there, and every enquiry from that area goes to them.

So a listing appears once. The person who answers the phone is responsible for that street, and knows what actually sold last month, because they are the only one working it.

Nobody pays for position

There is no featured listing, no boost, no Titanium tier and no promoted placement anywhere on Kothi — not on search, not on the home page, not in the video feed. Kothi sells territory, not visibility, so there is nothing to buy that would move a property up a page.

Agencies pay only after Kothi delivers

An agency joins free, and Kothi’s own number sits on their listings while Kothi works the enquiries. Once Kothi has delivered a real customer, the agency is invoiced — and only when that payment clears does their number replace Kothi’s. Miss a payment and the number reverts immediately.

It means an agency is never paying for a promise, and a buyer is never left calling a number that stopped being answered.

Owners do not list directly

If you have a property to sell or rent out, you tell Kothi where it is and it goes to the agency holding your area. They call you, look at it, and publish it themselves. That is what keeps one property from becoming six listings again.
