Become a Kothi agency
Hold an area outright. Every enquiry from it comes to you, and you pay nothing until Kothi has sent you a customer.
What you get
- Exclusivity. One agency per area, per property type. While you hold residential sales in DHA Phase 5, no other agency can list a house for sale there.
- Every enquiry. Buyers and tenants who contact a property in your area reach you — not a queue of five agents bidding for the same call.
- Owner leads too. Owners in your area who offer a property to Kothi are routed to you to call and onboard. That is the half most agencies underestimate.
- A console. Your listings, your enquiries, your owners to call, your territory and your invoices, on the web and in the app.
What it costs
- You onboard free. Kothi’s number is on your listings and Kothi works the enquiries.
- Kothi delivers your first real customer, then invoices you.
- When that payment clears, your number replaces Kothi’s.
- Miss a payment and the number reverts to Kothi — your listings stay live.
You are never paying for a promise. The first invoice follows a customer, not a signature.
How to apply
Applications are made in the Kothi app, which is also where you will work your leads. Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Become an agency. You will need your agency name, a phone number and an email address — the email is how you will sign in and the only way a password can be reset — and the areas you actually work in.
What we look at
Whether you genuinely operate in the areas you have asked for. An area held by somebody who does not work it is worse for Kothi than an area held by nobody, because unheld areas are worked by Kothi itself.
If an area you want is already taken, you go on the waiting list for it and we tell you if it is released.
